WHO IS LOOTURN
The Person
I'm Lutho Jikeka — known as Looturn — a web developer, designer and creative based in Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa. I build fast, clean, conversion-focused websites for small businesses, brands and creators who need to look serious online.
Alongside the studio work, I write, make music and run the Looturn clothing line — everything under one name, built with the same attention to detail.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Protecting the Looturn brand and setting clear expectations for every client, customer and supporter.
01. No Refunds — Websites
All website design, development, ad-management and AI automation packages are final-sale digital services. Because custom work begins immediately upon payment and access is delivered, no refunds, chargebacks or reversals are issued once the project has started. Deposits secure your slot and are non-refundable.
02. No Refunds — Digital Products
Books, e-books and any other digital downloads are non-refundable after purchase. Please preview product descriptions carefully before buying.
03. Revisions & Delivery
Website packages include a fixed number of revision rounds as stated in your quote. Extra rounds or out-of-scope requests may be billed separately. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback, content and access.
05. Intellectual Property
LOOTURN, the barcode logo, and all original designs, lyrics, artwork, music, books, photos and website content on this site are the intellectual property of Lutho Jikeka. Unauthorised copying, resale, sampling, reproduction or redistribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
06. Payments & Currencies
Prices are displayed in USD for convenience. Local clients may settle via SnapScan or PayPal. Payment confirms your order or project slot. In the event of a price dispute, the price displayed at time of purchase applies.
07. Cancellations
Clients may pause a project once, for up to 14 days. Abandoned projects retain their deposit and forfeit the slot. Projects left inactive for more than 30 days may be closed without refund and must be rebooked at current rates.
08. Disputes & Contact
Any concern must first be raised directly with us via WhatsApp or email. We will respond within 3 business days. Legal disputes are governed by the laws of South Africa and the courts of the Free State.
